  Stornoway Passenger Gangway

  Harbour owners, Stornoway Port Authority (SPA) have ongoing repairs to a technical issue with their passenger gangway at Stornoway port and it is expected to be out of service for the foreseeable future. Due to this, our passengers have been asked to embark/disembark via the car deck. We are working with SPA to help to facilitate the best solution for our customers. **Please be advised, this may result in a possible delay disembarking the vessel at the arrival port. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.**

  Foot Passenger Luggage

  As a result of the Passenger Access System being inoperative in Stornoway. A luggage van is being provided for foot passengers to store luggage inside. The luggage van will travel on the vessels vehicle deck & securely store luggage until reaching the destination port, from where it can be collected by foot passengers at each Ferry terminal
